The Robert Sterling Clark Board of Directors is striving to assess and refresh the foundation's program goals and operations. This process will extend at least through 2015. Early in 2016 an updated website will be available, with guidelines and other information.

The program and grants information currently on our website is provided for historical purposes and should not be considered a reflection of the foundation's future interests.

The Board has already determined to maintain the geographic focus in New York City, with appropriate New York State and national support options with impact in the city. The work in New York City will reflect the foundation's legacy program areas: arts, reproductive and family health and institutional accountability with a strong commitment to communities and the voices within communities.

Applications will not be accepted until after the announcement of our new guidelines and application procedures early in 2016.
